Yoga Classes
Put aside the pressures of everyday life. Come along to the Hatha Yoga classes for Well-Being and Relaxation on a Thursday from 6pm - 7pm to focus on the present in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
Enjoy the benefits that breathing exercises, stretching and strengthening exercises do for your body and mind, and enjoy relaxation at the end of class.

From 6pm - 7pm on a Thursday in the Threshold Room ( next to St John's Episcopal Church in Princes Street ).
The classes cater for all ages and experience. Beginners are most welcome. Comfortable clothing is good and a blanket for relaxation.
£5.00 per class, £3.50 for concessions.
